Shipping/Return Policy

We ship all available goods within two days of receiving your order, and will contact you regarding anything we don't have in stock. At that time we will ask you if you would like us to hold the order for the missing goods, ship and cancel or ship and back order. All back orders are sent at no additional shipping cost. 

We use the United States Postal Service for most orders, and ship via First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail. If you have a preference for a different shipper (UPS or FedEx for example), just tell us and we will be happy to accommodate you. 

There are 3 shipping rates available, starting at $3.00 USD.

  • First Class Mail at $3.00 USD, 3-5 Days.

  • USPS Priority Mail at $4.95 USD, 2-3 Days.

  • USPS Express Mail at $18.15 USD, Next Day, (Before 3PM Pacific Time).
  • Free USPS Priority Mail for any order over $50.00 USD, 2-3 Days.

Often with bead orders a certain amount of communication with our client is necessary: we have over 30,000 items in our brick and mortar store and so variations in color, out of stocks etc. occasionally happen. Usually these can be resolved with a simple phone call- so make sure to include a number we can reach you at.

Return Policy:

We do take returns of any unopened item within a week of delivery. It is imperative to call us first to inform us that you would like to do a return so we can issue you a return authorization number. A staff member will help you process the return. We will refund your money as soon as the goods reach us. For returns on defective merchandise, we will pay the shipping back to us. For returns for any other reason, you will pay the shipping. Please make sure to get a tracking number for your shipment to prevent any disagreements about where the package is.
