Bolo Cords

Bolo ties, bola ties, bootlace ties, shoestring ties, aiguillettes, or just string ties, are a quintessential component of American Western fashion. They are the official necktie of Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.

In the 1940s, Victor Emanuel Cedarstaff, in an effort to not lose it in high wins, took his silver hatband and put it around his neck. Thus a fashion legacy was born.

Our bolo cords measure 36" (1 yard) and are available in vinyl, nylon, and a variety of colors and finishes.
