17.7mm x 24.7mm matte crystal oval flat back with no foil.
Surface has ornate raised floral motif.
There are 7 holes in 2 clusters, one of 3 and one of 4, perhaps intended as settings for rhinestones.
Made in Germany or the Czech Republic 1960's or earlier.
